Privacy Policy
How Searchleads collects, uses, shares, secures, and retains information for searchleads.co and related services.
This is the active Privacy Policy for Searchleads. It explains how we handle account, product, billing, security, business contact, website, support, and marketing information.
Effective date: April 21, 2026. This policy is required during signup.

Information you provide
We collect information you provide when you create an account, sign in, request support, configure a workspace, use billing features, contact Searchleads, or connect integrations. This may include name, work email, company name, role, billing email, support messages, uploaded or submitted records, search criteria, export settings, and other information you choose to provide.

Product, usage, and technical information
We collect product and technical information when you use Searchleads, including authentication events, policy acceptance records, checkout events, subscription state, plan and credit usage, search and export activity, API requests, request IDs, IP address, device and browser details, user agent, pages viewed, feature interactions, logs, error details, and security signals.

Business contact and search data
Searchleads processes B2B business contact, company, enrichment, search, and export data so customers can identify and research business prospects. This information may come from customers, public sources, business records, vendors, enrichment partners, integrations, or product-generated analysis. Searchleads does not intend the service for sensitive consumer profiling or non-business consumer marketing.

Cookies, analytics, and marketing
Searchleads and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the website and app, remember settings, measure usage, improve features, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and understand marketing performance. You can control some cookies through browser settings, but disabling required storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide searches and exports, operate subscriptions and credit purchases, process payments, record policy acceptance, provide support, maintain auditability, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce policies, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, develop features, personalize workflows, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers
We share information with service providers and processors only as needed to operate, secure, support, bill, measure, or improve Searchleads. Current categories include authentication, database, hosting, edge functions, payment processing, analytics, email, support, AI assistance, monitoring, and infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, and PostHog where enabled. We may also share information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, handle corporate transactions, or with your direction or consent.

Security, fraud, and payment evidence
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Signup, sign-in, checkout, refund, chargeback, and dispute-related records may be preserved to protect accounts, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, verify digital delivery, respond to payment disputes, and enforce policies. Access to sensitive evidence is limited to authorized personnel and service-role automation with a legitimate operational need.

Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Searchleads, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, keep security and billing records, prevent abuse, and maintain suppression or deletion records where required. Some records may remain in backups, logs, or audit systems for a limited period before deletion or de-identification.

Your choices and privacy requests
You may update account details in the product where controls are available, unsubscribe from optional marketing, and contact support@searchleads.co for access, correction, deletion, opt-out, or other privacy requests. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, or suppression purposes. If Searchleads processes data on behalf of a customer, we may direct the request to that customer.

International processing, children, and changes
Searchleads may process information in the United States, India, and other countries where we or our providers operate. The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children or minors. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and continued use after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
