What this status means
Maintenance information, without an invented uptime claim.
This page reads the public maintenance configuration used by SearchLeads. When maintenance mode is enabled, the notice above describes the message currently configured for visitors. When no notice is present, the page says exactly that.
This is not a live uptime monitor and does not calculate historical availability, incident duration, or service-level performance. A missing maintenance notice should not be interpreted as proof that every account, search, export, or API request is succeeding.
Check the notice again after a planned maintenance window, then test the smallest affected action before repeating a large search or export. Keep the original error for comparison.
If you see a problem
Capture the failing step before retrying.
Note the affected page, approximate time, account email, and any request or export identifier. A screenshot and the exact error message help distinguish a browser issue from a search, API, export, authentication, or billing problem.
