Terms of Service
Terms for using Searchleads at searchleads.co and related applications, APIs, exports, billing, and support.
These are the active Terms of Service for Searchleads. Creating an account, accessing the service, starting checkout, or continuing to use Searchleads means you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
Effective date: April 21, 2026. This policy is required during signup.

Agreement, service, and authority
Searchleads (searchleads.co) provides B2B lead search, company search, exports, API access, AI-assisted workflows, billing, support, and related services for business prospecting and research. If you create an account or use Searchleads for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company and that all authorized users will follow these Terms.

Accounts and authorized users
You must provide accurate account, company, billing, and contact information, keep credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including teammate activity, API key usage, integrations, exports, checkout activity, and actions by anyone you allow to access the account.

License, outputs, and digital delivery
Subject to these Terms, Searchleads grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes. Searches, exports, API responses, generated files, AI-assisted results, and other digital outputs are delivered when made available in the product, by download, by email, by integration, or through the API.

Customer data, usage data, and business contact data
You retain ownership of data you submit to Searchleads. You give Searchleads permission to host, process, analyze, transmit, and store that data as needed to provide, secure, support, measure, and improve the service. Searchleads may create usage data, logs, analytics, derived signals, and aggregated or de-identified information from service activity, provided those materials do not identify you except as needed to operate, secure, bill, or support the service.

Compliance and business outreach
You are responsible for determining whether your use of lead data, exports, enrichment, emails, calls, automations, and other outreach complies with applicable privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing, employment, data protection, and marketing laws. Where law requires consent, notice, lawful basis, suppression handling, unsubscribe handling, or other controls, you must obtain and honor them before using Searchleads data or outputs.

Plans, credits, billing, and no refunds
Stripe or another payment processor may process paid plans, subscription renewals, plan upgrades, lifetime credit packs, and one-time purchases. Paid purchases are final once purchased. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not create a refund, credit, prorated refund, or partial refund for the current paid period, partial use, unused time, unused credits, downgrades, dissatisfaction, or failure to use the service, except where required by law or where Searchleads confirms a duplicate charge or verified platform-side delivery failure under the Refund Policy.

Third-party services and integrations
Searchleads may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, databases, analytics, payments, email, support, AI assistance, and integrations. Third-party systems are not owned by Searchleads, and your use of them may be governed by their separate terms and privacy policies. Searchleads is not responsible for customer-side configuration errors, third-party outages, deliverability results, campaign outcomes, or external systems outside Searchleads control.

Restrictions, suspension, and enforcement
You may not scrape the application, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass rate limits, evade billing, share credentials outside your authorized team, resell raw data without written permission, create a competing dataset from bulk exports, interfere with the platform, or use Searchleads for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or high-risk activity. Searchleads may throttle, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, payment risk, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Ownership, feedback, and changes
Searchleads and its licensors own the service, software, interfaces, workflows, designs, documentation, models, compilations, analytics, and other platform materials. You may provide feedback, suggestions, or requests, and Searchleads may use them without restriction or compensation. Searchleads may modify features, limits, policies, and pricing from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity
Searchleads provides the service and data on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Business contact data, AI-assisted output, enrichment, search results, and deliverability indicators may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Searchleads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, or business-interruption damages, and you agree to defend and indemnify Searchleads from claims arising from your data, outreach, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

Termination and survival
You may stop using Searchleads or cancel a subscription through the available billing controls. Searchleads may suspend or terminate access if your account creates legal, security, abuse, fraud, payment, or operational risk. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute handling, and policy enforcement, will survive.
